Delete it yourself
- Sign in at getadashield.com or in the ADAShield app.
- Open your Dashboard and choose Account.
- Under Delete my account, enter your password, tick the confirmation box, and press Delete my account permanently.
Deletion happens immediately.
Or ask us
If you can’t sign in, email support@elev8ai.org from your account’s email address and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, password, and phone number
- Your websites, scans, issues, reports, certificates, and comments
- Your notifications and alert settings
- An agency you own, if you are its only member
Any active subscription stops renewing at the same time: you won’t be charged again, and it ends at the close of the billing period you already paid for.
What is kept
- Payment records held by Stripe, our payment processor, which tax and payment rules require it to keep.
- Public scan reports at getadashield.com/report/<domain>. These describe a website, not a person, and contain no personal information. A website owner can ask us to remove one at support@elev8ai.org.
